Griffith Tutoring hosts two annual fundraising events which are intended to raise awareness for the organization’s mission and program, garner support for upcoming programs, and highlight the organization’s successes.
Annual Southern Boy BBQ
The Annual Southern Boy BBQ is Griffith Tutoring’s late summer fundraiser, which brings in ‘cue from the finest joints in Memphis, Kansas City, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, and Chicago. Everyone gets to indulge in each region’s ribs, pulled pork, beef brisket, and other local favorites. A champion in each category is crowned.
